Works great - could use better interface

The game works great, but could use an option to enlarge the controls if one wants. They are tiny and a bit fiddley right now. It could also use an indicator as to what the upcoming grade and speed is going to be. A "real" engineer would know this, but its impossible to tell what a hill is just from the camera perspective of the game. Even so, its great fun.
